My friend Todd Corneil was diagnosed with cancer and had to travel all the way from Medora, North Dakota to the Mayo Clinic for his treatments. I helped him make that journey — and what I saw changed me forever.

Hotel rooms. Gas. Meals. Trip after trip, the costs added up fast. And insurance covered none of it. Todd wasn't just fighting cancer — he was fighting to afford the road to his own treatment. That's when I knew I had to do something.

I started Calendars for Cancer in Todd's honor. Every calendar sold goes directly toward helping patients like him cover the costs that insurance ignores — the hotel room, the tank of gas, the meal that makes a brutal day a little more bearable.
